Management

Remove the insulating gasket from the battery compartment cover for the first use. Slide the rectangular switch forward to turn on the light, slide it back to turn off the light. To select the lighting mode: with the light on, press the square switch once - this will allow you to move between Low - Med - High levels. Press and hold the square switch for half a second to activate Turbo mode. If released, the lighting will return to the previously used mode.

There is no intelligent memory circuit, so every time you turn it on again, the model will be launched in low brightness mode.

To lock the light: Slide the rear switch to the lock position to lock. Slide this switch to the unlock position and the flashlight will unlock. After unlocking, press the handle to turn off the light or charge the battery.

Turbo. The brightness of the lighting reaches 100 lumens, the distance of the beam is 40 meters, and the intensity of the flow is 400 candelas. High: the luminous flux reaches 20 lumens, the distance is up to 18 meters, the lantern shines in this mode for 10 hours. The flow intensity is 81 candelas. Low: light brightness - 1 lumen, duration of glow - 120 hours, distance - 4 meters, intensity - 4 candelas.

These characteristics are based on the results of experiments conducted by the Fenix ​​company using a Ni-MH 1300mAh battery at an air temperature of 21 +- 3 degrees and a humidity of 50%-80%. The actual parameters of the model's glow may differ from those given, depending on external conditions and the battery used.

Indication of the level of charge: the indicator will glow red during charging and will turn green when the battery is fully charged. The model is protected against overheating of the case - if the temperature reaches the limit, the brightness is automatically reduced. This applies to the high mode-Turbo. If necessary, you can enter this mode again after lowering, but such actions can cause the device to break due to overheating.
