The Roll-type medical pouch is a well-thought-out solution for organized and quick access to an IFAK kit in the field. Thanks to its compact design and functionality, this pouch will be a reliable companion for every servicemember or medic.

Construction and features:

• Consists of an outer tunnel body made of camouflage fabric and an inner insert for securing medical supplies.
• Equipped with two fasteners on the sides that hold the insert inside and allow it to be easily pulled out using two convenient straps.
• For quick access, simply pull either the left or right “tab”, extract the insert, and begin providing aid.

Universal attachment:

• Compatible with most modern body armor and plate carriers.
• Attaches to the front or back of body armor, side pouches 30x17, war belts, or any place with sufficient hook-and-loop fastening.

Additional elements:

• Equipped with two hook-and-loop panels (one on each side) — ideal for placing medical cross markings or TQ “Tourniquet” patches.
